Experience:
Minimum four years of experience in the sector of rural development
Skills & Competencies required:
- Good basic finance knowledge and computer skills
- Good understanding of rural issues
- Good team management skills
- Good managerial skill
- Good liaisoning skills to work with Government & Donors
Job Profile:
Programme:
- Overall coordination of the project implementation.
- Block and District level liaison with the Government department.
- Maintain good relationships with PRIs and community institutions.
- Responsible for achieving the programme targets at the block level.
- Managing a multi-disciplinary team of over 10 employees working on a Multi-Input Area
- Development (MIAD) approach.
- Monitoring the results of the programme
- Any other work assigned by reporting officer.
Administration / Finance
- Overall coordination of block-level administration and financial matter
- Proper management of office assets.
- Maintain a good environment/culture in the office.
