SEWA Bharat is a non-profit organization empowering women in the informal economy through its national SEWA movement. BCC, a women-owned credit cooperative with over 12,000 active members, operates branches across Bihar, including Bhagalpur, Katihar, Bariyarpur, Munger, and Kharagpur.  

**Responsibilities:**  

– **Leadership and Team Management:**  

   – Supervise and guide the team to develop skills and meet targets.

– **Planning and Target Achievement:**  

   – Monitor daily operations and performance to achieve set targets.

– **Report Preparation and Review:**  

   – Prepare monthly reports, including P&L statements and expense reviews.

– **Loan Operations and Verifications:**  

   – Oversee disbursement and repayment processes, ensuring compliance with policies.

– **Financial Management:**  

   – Manage branch-level accounting processes, reconcile daily cash collections, and ensure accurate reporting.

– **Reporting and Documentation:**  

   – Ensure proper filing of receipts and maintain accurate records for data entry operators.

– **Internal Control and Quality Assurance:**  

   – Adhere to organizational policies, prevent fraud, and conduct quality checks.
