**Position Summary:**  

We are seeking a motivated Brand & Communications Manager with at least 5 years of experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies. The ideal candidate will enhance AIP’s brand image and drive effective communication across all platforms.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational goals.

– Manage content creation for social media, email campaigns, newsletters, and website updates.

– Oversee external communications, including managing relationships with PR agencies and design vendors.

– Analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts using data-driven insights.

– Budget management and resource allocation to ensure timely project execution.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields from a reputable institution.

– Proven experience in brand strategy and content management across multiple channels.

– Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.

– Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
