**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Assist CAIDO/AIDO in research and preparation of AI Strategy Roadmap or advisory on AI projects.  

– Understand user needs, define project scope, and translate business challenges into actionable AI and digital transformation projects.  

– Identify business needs, analyze processes, and document business requirements.  

– Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.  

– Support change management efforts, including user training and communication.  

– Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure AI solutions meet business expectations.  

– Maintain detailed project documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  

**Skills and Experience:**  

– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.  

– Business Analysis Experience: Proven experience of at least 7 years in AI, digital transformation, or technology initiatives.  

– Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the industry or domain relevant to AI projects.  

– AI and Digital Transformation Knowledge: Understanding of AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and digital transformation frameworks.  

– Data Literacy: Familiarity with data concepts, data modeling, and analysis techniques.  

– Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to identify business needs and recommend AI solutions.  

– Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
