**Experience Required:** 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and account management.  Any Graduate.

 

 

**Job Responsibilities:**

 

* **New Member Acquisition:**

    * Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential members through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking).

    * Sales Presentations: Delivering presentations highlighting the benefits of Nasscom membership.

    * Onboarding: Assisting new members with the onboarding process, ensuring they understand available benefits, services, and resources.

 

* **Account Management (Existing Members):**

    * Relationship Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current members, encouraging continued participation.

    * Ongoing Support: Providing prompt support to members, addressing queries, concerns, and feedback.

 

* **Additional Responsibilities:**

    * Frequent travel within the assigned region.

    * CRM Usage: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, sales activities, and member information in the CRM system.

    * Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, developments, and changes to effectively communicate membership benefits.

    * Feedback Collection: Gathering and integrating member feedback to continuously improve offerings.

    * Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales targets.

 

**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s degree.

* Proven track record of success in sales and account management.

* Strong interpersonal skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* Proactive, organized, and customer-focused approach.

* Proficiency in using CRM software.

* Understanding of the IT industry landscape is preferred.
