Job Description:

  • To identify prospects and build a network of Udyame Kiosks to facilitate creation of 30,000 enterprises by 2025.
  • To train, manage and monitor the network of Kiosks to ensure application of our prototypes and solutions to enhance our work on Inclusive Entrepreneurship.
  • To identify and nurture critical relationships with like minded enterprises to support the network of Kiosks.
  • Liaison with the government agencies to capitalize on schemes and programs launched by them.
  • Guide and educate the kiosk partners about relevance and application of digital tools in the field of job creation, training, livelihood and entrepreneurship.
  • Design new tools and initiatives to help the kiosks to improve their impact and effectiveness.
  • Support the IMEDF Head & Domain lead in planning and monitoring individual initiatives.
  • Build and maintain the database of the kiosks and help create a dashboard for supporting their activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data reports of field activities and initiatives. Responsible for growth of kiosks business and revenue.
  • Operationalize and run campaigns to solve job crisis through entrepreneurship development using social innovation approach.
  • Come forward with Innovative ideas and solutions to accelerate inclusive entrepreneurship and job creation initiatives.
  • Raise resources and leverage funds for building new initiatives.
  • Lead collaborative efforts and initiatives with partners and government agencies.
  • Assessment of rural markets and anchor the development of Enterprise support services products (ESS) based on evidence generated.
  • Design program delivery mechanism and support communications to the client.
  • Communication and coordination with field activities and manager networks of UdayMe kiosks.
  • Anchor on ground implementation of entrepreneurship-based projects with end to end output delivery
  • Co-ordinate and liaison with UPSRLM ecosystem to promote and develop enterprises in UP.
  • Assessment of rural markets and anchor the development of Enterprise Support Services (ESS) products based on evidence generated.
  • Build strategies to market innovative products on Entrepreneurship through udyaME.in.
  • Design program delivery mechanisms and support communications to the client.
    Communication and coordination with field activities and managing a network of udyaME kiosks.
  • Support and strengthen existing innovative business models and systemic prototypes that accelerate Entrepreneurship in rural areas.
  • Developed package validated business models.
  • Anchor on ground implementation of Entrepreneurship based projects with end to end output delivery.
