1. Execute revenue generation activities through B2B and B2C channels for achievement of clusters’ and Artisan Entrepreneurs’ revenue targets.

2. Understand the buyer/ order brief and collaborate with design and production teams to ensure that orders are delivered on time. Be part of discussion with buyers where required by business leads

3. Provide strategic directions to AEs for B2B and B2C business plans and growth

4. Merchandising and updating inventories available with AEs from all clusters for business development and sales

5. Coordinate with Cluster and Artisan Entrepreneurs for their promotion via Events, Exhibitions, Campaigns and Social Media and ensure that the suitable merchandise is available for each.

6. Support cluster teams and nurture artisans for client relationship management with existing buyers, on ongoing orders and any new things that can be presented .

7. Maintain proper management and market information systems for the B2B and B2C revenue generation of AEs from each cluster

8. Manage the marketing and business development team (business development manager, marketing associate & creative design associate)

9. Monitor the sample development and production activities in each cluster along with production manager and cluster leads

10. To Ensure onboarding of B2b buyers and artisans and active use of application by all stakeholders on Craft Xchange along with Business lead and cluster team

11. Costing, quality of every product to be monitored and guiding artisans for competitive pricing of the products for B2B and B2C business development

12. Maintaining and regularly updating overall MIS of the program

13. Any other activities assigned by Program Lead
