We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Centre Executive to join our team. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our operations. Your focus will be on evaluating agent performance, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining high-quality standards in our process.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess agent performance by monitoring recorded calls, focusing on objection handling techniques, survey compliance, and overall quality standards.
Conduct objective and comprehensive evaluations of agent performance based on predefined quality metrics, providing detailed feedback and coaching to improve agent skills and performance.
Maintain accurate records of quality assessments, documenting evaluation results and providing performance reports to supervisors and management.
Collaborate with the training team to develop and update training materials related to objection handling techniques and survey processes, ensuring they align with quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must be an undergraduate/post-graduate student in a recognised university
Exposure of working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports
Proficient in speaking and reading the Telugu language

Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of stakeholders
Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player.
