Campaign Associates (Field)

We at Infinite Political Solutions (INPS) are seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals who can play a pivotal role in election campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Detect the political pulse of various demographic, geographic, and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research.

• Liaise with politicalstakeholdersincluding party leadership, post holders, and workers to provide support, execute central campaigns, and develop networks on the ground.

• Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of stakeholders.

• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders.

Language Proficiency

• Applicants must be fluent in English and Kannada.

Salary Package

• 3 to 6 lakhs per annum (Based on skill and experience).
