Campaign Managers (Field and Central Office)

We at Infinite Political Solutions (INPS) are looking to hire graduates/postgraduates with experience from diverse domains who can join our team and work with us, designing various campaigns and strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals anddelegate tasks to the appropriate team member for the entire state project.

• Managing/coordinating field operations and functional teams.

• Making reports that summarize insights drawn from field visits, retrospective electoral data, leadercomparative analysis, etc.

• Campaign management.

• Conceive and implement region-specific strategies for multiple segments

Requirements

• Has knowledge/interest in politics, including party dynamics, key players, and a nuanced grasp ofmajor policy battles in the state.

• Has previous experience in the same /similar field of work.

• Analytical thinking skills.

• Team Management Experience.

• Excellent written and oral communication, as well as presentation skills with the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.

• Demonstrates active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented, and constant innovation.

• Ability to think big, inspire passion in the team, and be open to extensive traveling.

Language Proficiency

• Applicants must be fluent in English and should preferably know Kannada.

Salary Package

• 4.5 to 10 lakhs per annum (Based on skill and experience)
