**Job Location:** New Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore, India

 

**Purpose:**  To support the execution of CEEW’s Green Economy Accelerator (GEA) program, which aims to accelerate the growth of emerging green industries and value chains in India.  This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with ecosystem catalysts, mentors, investors, and other stakeholders to drive program success.

 

**Job Duties and Accountabilities:**

 

* Serve as the primary point of contact for 2-3 Ecosystem catalysts, guiding them through the ecosystem-building process.

* Develop and manage the selection process for catalyst accelerator organizations.

* Align catalysts with the program’s vision through regular communication and support.

* Provide mentorship and support to catalysts in areas such as ecosystems mapping, goal setting, and progress monitoring.

* Build a network of mentors and experienced entrepreneurs within the green economy.

* Contribute to GEA’s strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising efforts.

* Develop and manage long-term relationships with various ecosystem players (accelerators, investors, funders, corporates, etc.).

* Manage the daily operations of the program, including coordinating with partners and overseeing program goals.

* Review analytical reports and presentations.

* Create guidelines and formats for data collection and research.

* Mentor consultants/interns.

* Guide the execution of workshops and events.

* Communicate feedback, evaluate the program, and provide regular updates to management.

* Lead institution-building efforts at CEEW.

 

 

**Selection Criteria:**

 

* **Qualifications:** Strong academic credentials, preferably a Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.

* **Experience:** 5-8 years of relevant experience in client management, strategy development and operationalization, project management, and strategic consulting. Proven track record of building strategic partnerships. Experience working with the entrepreneurial ecosystem is advantageous.

* **Skills:**  Empathetic leadership, strong analytical abilities, effective communication (written and oral), systems thinking, ability to manage multiple workstreams, adaptability, teamwork, attention to detail, ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment, proactive problem-solving.
