**Role Overview:**
As Centre Lead, you will lead the Centre for Innovative Finance & Social Impact, driving the flow of private capital into the social sector to bridge funding gaps. This role involves setting strategic vision, executing plans, managing finances, leading communication efforts, building stakeholder relationships, innovating, fundraising, and assembling a high-performing team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Set the vision and objectives for the Centre.
– Execute strategic plans with precision and within budget.
– Manage financial aspects and ensure fiscal discipline.
– Amplify the Centre’s impact through strategic outreach.
– Oversee governance processes and build partnerships.
– Collaborate on fundraising efforts.
– Lead and nurture a passionate team.
**Qualifications:**
– 15-18 years of experience in social or innovative finance.
– Postgraduate degree in Management Studies, Finance, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams effectively.
**Remuneration:**
Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
