Job Description

Support in Center Establishment Activities and Dip Stick study & Regular Counselling and Motivation of the Students
Coordinating with the outreach team for strengthening mobilisation activity
Compliance with guidelines laid down by DMF & DRF Team
Ensure timely batch start (be in regular touch with DMF team and mobilization team and ensure the required batch start approvals from DMF
Ensure ZERO dropouts in the class
Meeting employers and coordinating with Employer connect team
Planning quality Placement and Follow up
Identification and coordination of Hospitals for OJT and exposure visit with all required approvals
Documenting all the enrolment as per process
Proper data collection of students as per requirement of DMF, HSSC, NSDC and DRF.
Preparing Inception, Placement & Completion Report
Sending center petty cash expense report to Finance
Preparing training calendar and ensuring the on time training completion with quality and practical exposure.
Monitoring and Supportive Supervision to Center Team.
Developing IOPs and monthly review with Center team provided them with a written feedback
Liaison with Govt, DMF,HSSC and Red Cross for the smoother function of the center
Submitting all required information to DMF for releasing funds and follow up
Mitigation of all the bottlenecks by regular liasioning with Govt, DMF & Red Cross
