**Job Description**
**Position:** Centre Research Fellow
**Company:** Brij Disa Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (CDSA) at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM Ahmedabad), in collaboration with John Molson School of Business, Concordia University, Montreal, Canada
**Location:** IIM Ahmedabad campus, Ahmedabad, India
**Qualifications:**
– Ph.D. in Operations Research, Machine Learning, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field (PhD submitted or about to be submitted).
– Knowledge of linear and non-linear optimization techniques, machine learning, and statistics.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, or MATLAB.
– Experience with optimization software like SCIP, CPLEX, GUROBI, or AMPL.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct cutting-edge research in Operations Research and Machine Learning.
– Publish research findings in high-impact journals and present results at conferences.
– Mentor graduate students and contribute to the centre’s activities.
