The company collaborates with states to improve labor and building regulations, providing insights and support for policy implementation.
**Role Overview:**
The Chief of Staff will serve as a key support to the co-founders, focusing on organizational efficiency, talent acquisition, performance management, financial compliance, and external communications. This role is pivotal in driving the organization’s growth and impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Organizational Support:** Assist co-founders in managing organizational operations, improving systems, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
2. **Talent Acquisition:** Lead in defining talent needs, optimizing hiring processes, and attracting top-tier professionals. Oversee onboarding to ensure seamless integration into the team.
3. **Performance Management:** Develop frameworks for tracking performance, driving efficiency, and implementing training programs. Audit existing systems and recommend improvements.
4. **External Communications:** Craft compelling messaging to enhance Prosperiti’s visibility among stakeholders, including donors and media. Manage relationships with policy forums and publications.
5. **Financial Compliance:** Ensure financial discipline and regulatory compliance by reviewing statements and optimizing workflows. Proactively identify errors and improve reporting accuracy.
6. **Team Management:** Oversee a team of associates and service providers, ensuring high-quality outputs and timely delivery.
**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, finance, HR, communications, or IT.
– At least 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or leadership roles in fast-paced organizations.
– Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
– Proficiency in tools like Excel/Google Sheets, Airtable, Monday.com, Notion.
– Understanding of India’s policy landscape is a plus.
**Application:**
Selected candidates will be based in Delhi with frequent travel to partner states. The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 10 am to 6 pm.
