Job Description / Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the development team in designing, building, and testing our products using Python, django, React, and AWS
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
• Develop and implement an effective software development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features
• Work with the executive team to define the product roadmap and prioritize feature development based on business objectives and user feedback
• Monitor and evaluate App performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend new tools and approaches to enhance the product development process

Remuneration: CTC Rs.8 to 10 Lakh per annum depending on eligibility

Joining Time: By the end of May (Negotiable)
