**Job Description: Civil Engineer – Jharkhand, India**

The organization is seeking a Global Lead to support its ambitious goals of enabling inclusive and impactful industrial decarbonization in hard-to-abate sectors across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Indonesia, and South Africa.
**Experience Required:**
– **Qualifications:** BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institution.
– **Experience:** 2-5 years of relevant experience, with preference given to candidates who have at least 2 years of experience in government-related projects.
– **Skills:** Proficiency in Auto CAD, CATIA, or equivalent software packages is desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Study drawings and estimates of projects.
2. Supervise various construction activities.
3. Ensure compliance with approved designs and estimates during construction.
4. Assess the value of work done and approve Bills & Vouchers for fund release to implementing agencies.
5. Conduct field visits and monitor project progress.
6. Prepare and submit reports to the Team Leader.
7. Perform any other duties assigned within the projects.
**Skills Required:**
– High integrity and ethical standards.
– Ability to design models and draw structural diagrams using software tools.
– Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Effective communication skills in English/Hindi, with strong documentation abilities.
– Competency in IT tools, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
– Proficiency in local languages is desirable.
