Work locations:

1. Health Centres based in Kariyammana Agrahara and Thubarahalli, Bengaluru

2. Health Centres based in Peenya Industrial Area and Kumbalgodu, Bengaluru

Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with the community

2. Provide required counselling

3. Outreach and visits to the local community and nearby settlements

4. Engage in awareness building sessions

Requirements:

1. M. Sc (Clinical Psychology) qualified with 3+ years of work experience in clinical setting

2. Work full-time (6 days a week, Mon-Sat) with us in the underserved communities

3. The ability to speak both Kannada and Hindi would be an advantage

4. Practical knowledge of psychometric assessments such as CBT, suicide assessment and abuse assessments etc.

5. Experience in writing case history and understanding psychopathology while conducting therapy sessions for families, individuals and groups

6. Preferred to have experience in community issues such as substance/alcohol abuse

7. Must be able to handle multidisciplinary approach at work
