Job Opportunity for Cloud Support Engineer at Azim Premji Foundation in Bhopal

Roles and Responsibilities

• SPOC for Cloud IT Operations and Architecture
• Evaluate requirements of organization and architect the Cloud infra
• Bridge between the application, functional representatives and the Cloud operations team
• Monitor and optimize the Cloud resources (Infra, licenses and utilization)
• Review cloud security controls periodically and enhance security posture
• Co-ordinate with support vendors for Cloud IT Operation deliverables
• Ensure operation deliverables are met as per SLA with vendors
• Work with the cross functional support teams for collaborative work
• Lead vendor reviews/meetings to ensure support services are as per SLA
• Updated on cloud technologies and evaluate options for adoption on need basis 

Technical Skills and Capabilities

• Hand-on experience managing and architecting solutions on cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
• Networking and Security controls on cloud platforms
• Interface with application development team and business users for onboarding applications
• AWS or Azure fundamentals certification desirable

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree or Diploma with 5-8 years as a cloud engineer in Compute, Storage and Cloud Infra (AWS, Azure)
• Certification on AWS and Azure Infrastructure Management
• Experience in vendor and people management
