American India Foundation is looking for Cluster Coordinators and STEM Trainer based in Hyderabad to the Project Digital Equalizer and STEM Innovation and Learning Center.

Roles and Responsibilities:
CLUSTER COORDINATOR:
– Each CC will be in charge of 10 schools
– Will visit each school once a week.
– Will conduct virtual and on-site teacher training (capacity building follow ups)
– Students’ classes on STEM orientation
– Data collection from teachers and HMs, classroom observations
– Filling monitoring formats & alike
– Reporting to the Project Lead
Qualification: B.tech, BSc, Masters in Education, B.ed
Experience- 0-1 years.
STEM TRAINER:
– Organizing Trainings for students in STEM Innovation and Learning Centre(SILC)
– Organizing Teacher’s training in SILC about teaching on the content, STEM hands-on Activities, DE Programmatic methodologies, such as Digital Equalizer way of Teaching(DEWoT) and Flipped Classroom.
– Encouraging students for building STEM Models and prototypes students from class 6-10
– Coordinating in other activities as per the Project requirement in the base location
Qualification: B.tech, BSc, Masters in Education, B.ed
Eligibility for STEM TRAINER:
– Experience in handling Electronic circuits would be Preferred.
– Must have strong technical background for training students and Teachers.
– Proficient in Coding and confidence in handling basic electronic Circuits.
