**Job Summary:**

CSRBOX seeks a highly motivated and visionary Collaborative Lead to spearhead its flagship initiative focused on the sustainable management of the Godavari River basin.  This role requires exceptional leadership and collaboration skills to build and maintain partnerships between businesses, government agencies, and civil society organizations (CSOs).  The Collaborative Lead will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive action plan utilizing nature-based solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Research and Assessment:** Lead research to evaluate the Godavari River basin’s health; develop metrics for monitoring project impact.

* **Partnership Development:** Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (government agencies, nonprofits, community leaders, private sector partners).  Establish frameworks for stakeholder collaboration.

* **Team Management:** Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with project goals.

* **Corporate Partnerships:** Develop and manage partnerships with corporations to secure funding, resources, and expertise; leverage CSR programs.

* **Government Liaisoning:** Advocate for policy changes; build relationships with government officials at all levels.

* **Strategy and Operations:** Lead strategic planning; design and oversee the operational model for collaborative activities; ensure efficient project execution; secure funding and resources.

**Qualifications and Experience:**

* Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum 8 years’ experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and team leadership within sustainability and climate resilience.

* Proven experience in creating and executing communication strategies.

**Compensation:** INR 20.00 LPA – 21.00 LPA (depending on experience)
