Eligibility

· Graduate/postgraduate in mass media or communications OR Graduate in any discipline with passion for Communication

· 2 to 3 years of experience in development sector (specialized in Communication)

· Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi

Job Profile

· Manage social media pages across all platforms, (create content/ videos).

· Prepare planning & execution of social media content.

· Put together content marketing strategies.

· Conceptualizing & executing creative campaigns.

· Building a vibrant brand narrative in support of fundraising and advocacy goals.

· Designing Communications collaterals and oversee its execution and delivery.

· Designing other marketing collaterals such as flyers, brochures, print ads & so on.

· Designing & facilitating timely delivery of reports in collaboration with the program team.

· Co-owning events as a platform for stakeholder management.

· Strong Computer Skills.

· Desktop Publishing/ Design Skills.

· Ability to facilitate getting things done.

· Ability to complete tasks according to timelines.

· Good communication and presentation skills.

· Outcome-oriented.

· Creative thinking and ideation.

· Undertake other duties reasonably required.
