**Job Description:**

CEEW seeks a Communications Associate/Consultant to lead communication activities for a rooftop solar deployment project across multiple states in India.  This role will involve co-designing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns, creating engaging content (website, dashboards, press releases, social media posts, videos), managing external vendors and partners, and coordinating media outreach.  The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, excellent writing and communication abilities, and a creative approach to content development.  The position requires strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and adherence to brand guidelines.  Additional responsibilities may include exploring new communication platforms, supporting the outreach team, and mentoring junior staff.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Primary Responsibilities:** Co-design and implement communication strategies and campaigns; lead content creation for various platforms; manage external vendors and partners; coordinate media outreach; lead event planning and execution; ensure brand consistency and quality control.

* **Secondary Responsibilities:** Explore emerging communication formats; support the outreach team; support the Communications Manager on special projects; supervise and mentor junior staff as needed.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

* Proven ability to effectively coordinate with a range of stakeholders.

* Exceptional project management skills.

* Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.

* Strong attention to detail.
