About the Position

Social Lens Consulting is looking to add a dynamic Communications Executive to our growing team in Mumbai. Our ideal candidate will be –

  • A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media/English Literature/Journalism or any other field relevant to communications
  • Possessing working knowledge of social media platforms and Canva
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • They will be reporting to the CEO & MD.

CTC: 4.8 – 6 lakhs INR (Based on prior experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
  • Oversee social media account management across all platforms for Social Lens
  • Handle the social media calendar for all platforms and ensure regular social media updates
  • Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
  • Assist the organisation in identifying appropriate social media channels for specific business needs and tailor the campaign for the target audience
  • Research about emerging social media engagement trends at the global and national level


  • Prior relevant experience is preferred
  • Proficient in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Canva and GSuite
  • Proficient in social media data analytics
  • Content creation and research for content creation
  • Ability to multi-task and work in tight deadlines
