**Job Description: Community Health Officer/Project Officer**
**Position:** Community Health Officer/Project
**Location:** Bangalore, Nashik, Kolkata, Pune
**Experience Required:** 1-3 years

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Implement projects in field areas.
– Manage online MIS data entry and submissions.
– Prepare and submit project reports.
– Ensure beneficiary reach targets are met.
– Update vehicle documentation with driver consultation.
– Conduct IEC/community awareness activities, reaching 1000 beneficiaries.
– Handle financial reporting, collecting bills, and submitting to HO monthly by the 26th.
– Support field team recruitment and orientation.
– Interact with stakeholders during project updates and donor visits.
– Network with government machinery and support SoW movement as per roaster.
– Review reports based on manager feedback.
– Compile daily diaries and communicate field updates.
– Participate in monthly review meetings.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, information systems, or computer science.
– Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience.
– Desired competencies include strategic alliances, energy, information management, planning, teamwork, communication, and initiative.
