**Job Description:**

 

As a Community Health Officer/Project Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering and implementing projects in the field. Your responsibilities will include:

 

* **Project Delivery:** Implementing projects in the designated field area.

* **Data Management:** Entering data into the online MIS system, submitting indents and GRNs from the field, and submitting project reports.

* **Beneficiary Reach:** Ensuring targeted beneficiary outreach.

* **Vehicle Management:** Updating vehicle documentation for the assigned projects in consultation with the driver.

* **Community Awareness:** Conducting IEC/community awareness activities in the field, reaching out to 1000 beneficiaries.

* **Financial Reporting:** Collecting and submitting bills to the Head Office by the 26th of every month.

* **Field Team Support:**  Assisting in the recruitment, induction, and orientation of the field team in coordination with the Head Office.

* **Stakeholder Interaction:** Providing project updates to the field team during donor visits.

* **Government Liaison:**  Engaging and networking with government machinery in the field.

* **SOW Management:**  Ensuring the timely movement of SOWs in the field as per the roster.

* **Reporting & Review:** Providing regular reports and incorporating feedback from reporting managers.

* **Daily Operations:** Compiling and submitting daily diaries from the field to the Head Office.

* **Communication:** Sharing daily field updates with the communication team.

* **Meetings:** Participating in monthly review meetings with both the field team and the Head Office.

 

**Qualifications & Experiences:**

 

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.

* Minimum 3-5 years of experience.

* Certifications and continuing education are preferred.
