**Job Description:**

 

This role involves project delivery and implementation in the assigned field area.  Responsibilities include:

 

* **Project Implementation:** On-the-ground execution of project activities.

* **Data Management:** Online MIS data entry, submission of indents and GRNs, and project reports.

* **Community Engagement:** Conducting IEC/community awareness activities reaching at least 1000 beneficiaries.

* **Financial Management:** Collecting and submitting bills to the head office by the 26th of each month.

* **Team Management:** Supporting recruitment, induction, and orientation of field teams in coordination with the head office.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:**  Maintaining communication and updates with field teams during donor visits and liaising with government agencies.

* **Logistics:** Supporting the movement of Statements of Work (SOWs) according to the roster.

* **Reporting:** Compiling daily diaries and sharing daily field updates with the communication team.

* **Meetings:** Participating in monthly review meetings with field teams and the head office.

 

 

**Qualifications & Experience:**

 

* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., information technology, information systems, computer science).
