## Job Description: Community Lead – Research

**Job Title:** Community Lead – Research
**Location:** Noida, India
**Experience Required:** 3 to 5 years of work experience in business development, community building, content management and marketing, and website product management.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead day-to-day operations of the Nasscom Community, a rapidly growing knowledge-sharing platform with over 42,000 members and 1,200 organizations.
* Drive content creation, member engagement, and participation within the platform.
* Build strategic ecosystem partnerships with tech companies and academic institutions to expand the Nasscom Community reach.
* Develop and manage the product roadmap for the Nasscom Community, collaborating with vendors and establishing an advisory board.
* Initiate and execute a 5X growth plan for the platform.
* Identify interesting and sharable content from diverse sources and lead the generation of engaging content, including articles, newsletters, blogs, mailers, and social media materials.
* Monitor and moderate community participation to ensure adherence to engagement guidelines and provide tracking and metrics to validate interactions.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in a Marketing or Communications-related field.
* Proven experience in community building and online platform management.
* Strong understanding of content creation, marketing, and website product management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including senior CXO leaders and students/employees.
* Data-driven approach to decision-making, coupled with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and target-oriented mindset.
* Ability to drive community platform technology development with partners.
