**Experience Required:**
– Proven experience in Technology community management, program development, or related fields.
– Strong understanding of AI technologies, including Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
– Basic knowledge of Python programming and APIs.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Experience in event planning and coordination.
– Proficient in using community management tools and social media platforms.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Community Development:** Build and nurture a vibrant community of AI practitioners, researchers, and enthusiasts through workshops, meetups, and online platforms.
2. **Program Design:** Develop and implement community programs that promote learning, collaboration, and innovation in AI technologies.
3. **Content Creation:** Curate and create engaging content, including newsletters, webinars, and social media posts, to inform and inspire the community.
4. **Partnership Management:** Collaborate with academic institutions, industry partners, and other organizations to enhance program offerings and community reach.
5. **Branding:** Convey the brand’s voice and values, fostering connections within the community.
6. **Feedback & Improvement:** Gather feedback from community members to continuously improve programs and address their needs and interests.
7. **Metrics & Reporting:** Track program metrics and provide regular reports on community engagement, growth, and overall impact.
