**Job Title:** Consultant-Associate Coordinator, Capacity Building

**Job Location:** PHFI, New Delhi, India
**Job Summary:** The Associate Coordinator will assist in the implementation of capacity building activities for the HIV component of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria (GFATM) program (Northern Region) from April 2024 to March 2027. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders and involves significant administrative and training management responsibilities.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist in the preparation of national and state-wise training plans.
* Monitor the quality of state-wise and cadre-wise training.
* Track and analyze pre/post-test results and participant/trainer feedback, disseminating findings to NACO and the regional team.
* Ensure quality-based training.
* Support quarterly/half-yearly review meetings.
* Coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
* Manage training administration.
* Collect, document, and report data (training reports, meeting reports, activity reports).
* Travel as needed.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead/Project Lead.
**Qualifications:**
* **Essential:** Master’s degree in Social Sciences, MSW, MPH, MCA, Statistics, or MBA.
* **Essential:** Approximately 3 years of experience with donor-funded projects.
* **Essential:** Proven track record of professional, timely, and high-quality consultancy assignments in the health sector.
* **Preferred:** Experience managing teams and experience in public health programs, especially HIV/AIDS.
**Duration:** One year or co-terminus with the project, whichever is earlier.
