**Job Description: Consultant – Knowledge at Accelerate Indian Philanthropy (AIP)**
**Location:** Delhi (Hybrid Model)

Accelerate Indian Philanthropy (AIP) was established three years ago to empower India’s wealth creators in their philanthropic endeavors, fostering a culture of giving more, sooner, and better. Founded by Ashish Dhawan, Rohini Nilekani, Amit Chandra, and Vishal Tulsyan, AIP is supported by over 40 Founders who share its mission. The organization operates through four core workstreams: networking, knowledge creation, bespoke partnering, and thought leadership.
**Position Summary:**
AIP seeks a Consultant to enhance its knowledge resources and strengthen philanthropist outreach. The role involves creating sector-specific reports, case studies, and maintaining partnerships with SMEs, NGOs, and philanthropy leaders. The ideal candidate will support strategic projects aimed at catalyzing philanthropic giving in India.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct research and curate knowledge products, including primary and secondary research.
2. Manage relationships with knowledge partners and initiate interventions like proposals and events.
3. Engage deeply with the philanthropist network and aid program development.
4. Identify potential partners to align with AIP’s strategic goals.
5. Handle operational tasks for organizational success.
**Qualifications:**
– Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or Social Sciences from a top-tier institution.
– 3-5 years of experience producing research reports in high-growth environments.
– Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for philanthropy.
– Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to thrive in a small, agile team with a strategic and creative approach.
