Profile:– Consultant Facilitator

Location:– Jaipur, Rajasthan

Selected candidate’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Work with Govt. Polytechnics in Rajasthan and make young women employable by delivering sessions, connecting them to employment opportunities, and engaging with them post sessions.
• Travel to Polytechnics colleges for delivering the sessions.
• Facilitate training using Quest Alliance’s blended learning curricula (which includes industry interfacing activities and project work).
• Experiment with new ideas to engage young people in Rajasthan toward career development.
• Build relationships with the principals, institute staff, and placement officers to facilitate smooth implementation of the program.
• Manage and collect students data, produce monthly reports and other impact stories for advocacy and visibility.
• Track student progress.
• Any additional work assigned by Quest Alliance.

Industry Engagement & Placements:

• Build a network of employers and Industries to provide quality delivery of the following:
• Provide quality placement opportunities for the students
• Provide industry exposure opportunities for students
• Provide Industry guest sessions at the Polytechnics colleges
• Organize career fairs
• Ensure high-impact implementation of career connects activities at the centers. These include activities such as mock interviews, guest lectures, internships, etc.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 1 – 2 years of work experience preferably in the Vocational Training sector is preferred but not mandatory
• Fluency in spoken and written English as well as vernacular language
• Good communication skills
• Ability to train youth and youth facilitators
• Proficient in MS Office tools and Internet
• Candidate should be flexible, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and an energetic team player

Work days: Monday – Friday
Office timings: 9:00AM-5:45PM (including 45-min lunch)
Salary: Rs. 20,000 per month
Contract duration: Initially for 6 months, and renewable subject to the project’s continuity.
