Job Opportunity for Consultant- Knowledge Management Component at The Nudge Institute in Ranchi

Location of posting– State Project Management Unit (SPMU) at the State Office of JSLPS, Dept. of Rural Development, Ranchi

Roles & Responsibilities- 

• Set up systems and processes/ SoPs for developing the training calendar, training materials, and their validation (as per the Govt. guidelines), documentation, knowledge dissemination 
• Documentation of best practices, the process adopted, and learning outcomes through independent efforts and vendor management (if required) 
• Development and production of training materials, modules, IEC materials etc.
• Develop collaboration across government and private players to ensure quality content in IEC and training materials
• Development of partnership for knowledge transfer with other SRLMs and community institutions that are interested in/ presently implementing ultra-poor graduation approach program under The/Nudge and DAY-NRLM partnership
• Travel within Jharkhand/ to other SRLMs, including remote fields, as part of knowledge/ best practices transfer
• Monitor the quality of knowledge development materials and transfer/ adoption by other SRLMs

Requirement- 

• Candidate must be a Master’s degree holder in Rural Development, Public Policy, Governance, Social Worker, Business Administration etc. 
• Candidate must have 1-3 years of experience in the Development sector, preferably in government and community institution (SHG and Federation) ecosystem 
• Candidate with experience in knowledge management that includes the development of training materials/ content in Hindi, vendor management in content designing, handling training sessions for community para-professionals, government relation-building for smooth migration of knowledge/ practices, knowledge adoption processes and monitoring system 
• This role includes travel to other States/ fields for 12-14 days in a month 

Reporting- 

The candidate shall report to the State Lead, EUP Program, Jharkhand
