**Job Location:** Moga, Punjab, India

 

**Job Type:** Part-Time Consultant

 

**Reporting to:** School & Government Partnerships Manager

 

**Compensation:** Rs. 200/- per hour

 

**Experience Required:** 0 to 2 years of relevant full-time work experience across sectors/fellowships, preferably in roles involving operations management. Experience working with children and diverse teams is preferred.  Experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholders is also highly valued.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

**Operations Management:**

 

* Manage relationships with school and government stakeholders (teachers, principals, parents, District block education officers).

* Conduct training for school staff, parents, and government officials on program onboarding.

* Ensure consistent student participation through coordination with stakeholders.

* Conduct school visits and collect program-related data.

* Manage resource availability for students, coordinating with the central procurement team and teachers.

* Support Monitoring & Evaluation through data collection and analysis.

* Report program execution outputs and outcomes to schools and education officers.

* Participate in program observation and provide feedback to the program team.

 

**Events Management:**

 

* Plan and execute logistics for TAP program events (hackathons, art exhibitions, inductions, meet-ups).

* Coordinate school student participation in TAP events.

* Coordinate with teachers to showcase student work through school channels (notice boards, assemblies, Parent Teacher Meetings).

 

**Student Impact:**

 

* Utilize data and stakeholder feedback to identify and address program challenges, improving student access and activity submission.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any field.

* Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills (written and verbal).

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

* Demonstrated ability to achieve results with limited resources.
