The Role:

• Formulate a system engagement and system strengthening strategy at the district, state and national levels.
• Update information about changes in policies and programmes about Child Rights.
• Promote and execute effective knowledge-building activities at CRY through quality policy analysis and content development for multiple stakeholders’ capacity-building.
• Facilitate capacity building of stakeholders, partners, CRY team, etc.
• Represent CRY in appropriate internal and external fora.
• Provide support to the team to meet their set objectives.
• Monitor expenses to ensure compliance with budgets and the overall cost-effectiveness of the functional activities.
• Document programme implementation and system strengthening processes, etc.

You:

You should be a Graduate in Law, or Post Graduate in Criminology, Victimology and Penology, Public Policy, and Social Sciences, having 7+ years of work experience with at least couple of years of direct experience of having worked on policy advocacy/research. You must have understanding of Child Rights issues and understanding/knowledge of key policies/laws concerning child rights, and experience in preparing research reports, briefing papers, and documentation in the field. Analytical ability, good communication skills oral and written, ability to work in a team are also key requisites.
