**Position Summary:**

 

We are seeking a talented and motivated Consultant – Talent Acquisition to join our team. This role will be responsible for talent acquisition for both TCF and our partner organizations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the impact sector and a proven track record in recruiting top talent. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Map job profiles to relevant talent pools in nonprofits, for-profit organizations, and academic institutions.

* Develop job specifications that accurately reflect the roles and skill requirements across our organizations.

* Proactively identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates interested in the impact sector through extensive outreach and networking. 

* Maintain a comprehensive and updated database of potential candidates, including active and passive individuals. 

* Create and implement strong candidate selection processes, including interview protocols, psychometric assessments, and reference checks.

* Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to successful onboarding.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall talent acquisition strategy.

 

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top-tier institution in a relevant field, such as business, industrial/organizational psychology, human resources, communications, or a related area.

* 2 to 5 years of experience in a talent management role.

* Demonstrated success in identifying and attracting high-quality talent.

* Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Compensation:**

 

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend on the candidate’s experience.
