Job Opportunity for Consultant – Technical Project Management at Child Rights and You in Multiple Locations

Job Responsibilities::

• You will perform detailed requirements analysis, document processes and, testing & some user acceptance testing.
• You have a natural analytical way of thinking and able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
• You are a Technical Project Manager with several years of experience on working with web application development.
• As a Technical project manager, you have experience in at least 1-2 large size brown field programs.
• You will monitor and report the overall progress and effectively manage vendors progress; take corrective action/steps whenever necessary.
• You preferably adhere to Project management tools and tracking systems to manage all aspects of project progress.
• You Identify risks, issues, and dependencies beforehand and work towards mitigation.
• You are a Champion of continuous process improvement
• You communicate and organize all strategic delivery team goals.
• You have hands on experience in both development and Support projects.
• You have experience in using change management and version management tools (jira/github).
• You have some experience with data analytics and BI tools like PowerBI/Tableau.
• You have the ability to handle both feature development, data analysis and ongoing support projects.
• Good risk management & Stakeholder management skills. 

Required Skills::

• Proven working experience as a Technical project manager in the information technology sector
• At least 3-5 years of technical experience with any programming language, web application server, web frameworks and atleast 1 RDBMS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Should be self-motivated, confident with a sense of humor.
• Technology: Expertise in Microsoft excel.
• Expertise in Tableau/PowerBI, RDBMS a plus. 

Qualifications::

BE/BTech/MCA

Experience::

• 6 to 8 years in IT. IT Project Management, IT support, Technical Project Management, Business Analysis, Testing, RDBMS.
