About the Role:
Description & Responsibilities:

  • The Content Associate will work as part of the Maharashtra Content team to ensure quality content creation for in-person and blended teacher capacity building courses
  • . Additionally, the Content Associate will collaborate with members across the team and support the manager as and when required.
  • Research and creation of interactive and engaging content on topics related to FLN education for officers and teachers.
  • Revamping and translation of courses and content plans relevant to project goals, teacher/officer needs and the project mission.
  • Peer reviewing content for accuracy and alignment to the content evaluation rubrics
  • Developing learning & assessment frameworks, assignments, and assessment tools like tests and quizzes.
  • Working with various content development vendors for communicating requirements, reviewing content and ensuring seamless deliverables. 
  • Creating visual design documents, audio-visual content on slides including audio narration scripts, and interactive elements.

Requirement:
Education & Experience:

  • Prior experience in developing foundational literacy and/or numeracy content. 
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in working on e-content creation projects with a knowledge of instructional design theories and principles. 
  • A degree in education (D.Ed., M.S.Ed., or B.Ed.) is preferred. 
  • Prior experience in teaching students or training teachers on FLN concepts will be an added advantage. 
  • Knowledge of audio-visual video production will be an added advantage.
    Knowledge, Skills & Capabilities:
  • Functional knowledge (oral and written) of Marathi & English is mandatory 
  • Content development skills 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Expertise in tools like Videoscribe, Filmora, Articulate 360, Premiere Pro etc. for video editing.
  • Interest in exploring AI tools for educational media development.
  • A strong ability to create outstanding presentations
  • Skilled in the use of MS Office and G-Suite
  • Patience and resilience to stick it out in the face of setbacks and uncertainties
  • High openness to learning
  • Adaptability to changing responsibilities and resourcefulness to respond to them
  • Being able to take initiative and work in an autonomous, semi-structured environment.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with multiple stakeholders & partners

Location and Compensation
Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Compensation: Expected to be around INR 4.5 to 6.5 LPA based on experience.
