Job Description

• Content Definition: Defining the specific content requirement to fulfill the skilling requirements of the various WEN initiatives through market research, beneficiary feedback, and emerging technology platform capabilities
• Roadmaps: Developing and maintaining content roadmaps for the skilling requirements that allow for short, mid, and long-term impact
• Content Partnerships: Reviewing and surfacing potential partners for required content
• Content Strategy Alignment: Aligning with emerging global standards and models around content at the Foundation
• Content Development: Developing world-class, differentiated content directly, through teams, vendors, and partnerships

Requirements

• Deep experience in pedagogy and emerging techniques in adult skilling
• Experience in the use of technology in large scale skilling efforts
• Creation of highly engaging, world-class content for global audiences
• Training of relevant teams on content and content delivery
• Use of analytical methods to support content development and refinement
• Conducting market assessments to identify best practices and gaps
• Maintaining a strong network of content professionals to get real-time perspectives on opportunities and solutions
• Engagement with various stakeholders to learn about unique needs and considerations of sub-segments
