Job Title: Content Witter and Media & Communication Team Support

Job Brief: The job requires knowledge in communication, story-telling, and developing written and other content and collaterals. Media, social media and engagements on relevant forums will be required skill sets.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create written and audio content for various deliverables (e.g., Annual Reports, Quarterly Reports, Newsletters, etc.) at EnAble India specifically in the Media and Communications team
- Video/text experiences of persons with disability
- Video/text case studies on client organizations and their successful interventions regarding inclusive org practices
- Email-based newsletters to stakeholders covering different efforts and impacts created
- Showcase monthly achievements process on the website and social pages
- Ability to work with various stakeholders and manage audio/video projects
- Ability to take decisions and work independently
- Ability to align and adapt with organizational goals
- Manage and adhere to strict timelines
- Interface with internal stakeholders including executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Manage external production houses/vendors that supplement your work sometimes outsourcing entire projects or components of projects
- Respond to and incorporate stakeholder, feedback and directions
Required qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Media and communication/journalism preferred. (Mass communication)
- Good communication and language skills.
- Ability to multi-task and learn on the job.
- Required experience: Fresher to 2 years
- Interest and Skills: Social media savvy
- Others: Ready to travel, proficiency in English, adaptability, readiness to work with agility, sense of humour
