Since our establishment 14 years ago, we have already impacted over 16 million lives through partnerships with over 350 social organizations, 250+ corporate and individual donors, and 30+ government foundations and international aid agencies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Research and organize sources and information to create engaging and informative content.
* Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and strategies.
* Write well-researched and keyword-driven content to boost organic traffic and visibility.
* Optimize content with engaging title tags, meta descriptions, and compelling headlines.
* Produce high-quality blog posts that delve into industry-relevant topics and address user queries in detail.
* Write for a variety of platforms, including podcasts, e-books, websites, social media, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
* Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of fresh content.
* Ensure consistency in writing style, fonts, images, and brand tone across all platforms.
* Collaborate with designers and developers to align written content with the overall brand aesthetic.
* Edit and proofread content produced by other team members.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in content writing or copywriting.
* Prior experience as a journalist would be a significant advantage.
* Strong experience in working with senior leaders, generating and communicating unique value propositions.
* A deep understanding of customer needs and how to effectively meet those needs.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills with strong time management and prioritization abilities.
* Stellar teamwork skills with a proven track record of contributing to team goals and objectives.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
* Journalism or PR background is essential (social media content writers are not eligible).
* Experience in the social sector or associated fields is preferred.
* Ability to research diverse topics, acquire relevant domain knowledge, and produce high-quality long-format content.
* Mature and responsible individual with a strong sense of ownership and delivery.
* Openness to conduct fieldwork research if required (infrequent).
