**Job Description: Coordinator – Community Resiliency (Road Safety)**  

**Location:** Mumbai  

 

**Reports To:** Manager – Community Resiliency

**Job Overview:**  

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Coordinator to manage and implement road safety projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavior change initiatives and strong stakeholder management skills.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Implement community resiliency projects, including training programs for schoolchildren and youth on safe road usage.

– Develop and execute quarterly project plans aligned with overall timelines.

– Collaborate with stakeholders such as the Education Department, Traffic Police, NGOs, and schools to ensure successful project implementation.

– Create informational and educational materials (IEC) to promote safe road practices.

– Mobilize community participation through partnerships with schools, colleges, and NGOs.

– Follow up with departments to reinforce awareness activities.

 

**Qualifications:**

– Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in road safety or relevant social projects with a focus on behavior change.

– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marathi is an advantage.

– Ability to travel extensively within Mumbai and India.

 

**Remuneration:**  

The salary range is INR 5.8 – 7.5 LPA, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
