Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Required:

● Native fluency in English and Tamil
● Background education and/or experience in communication design, content creation, network building and implementing campaigns, preferably on gender justice and gender-based violence.

Responsibilities:

● Design and create content for various social media platforms
● Write reports, grant proposals and document initiatives as required
● Implement prevention, intervention and awareness initiatives on gender-based violence
● Technical support in content creation and strategy development
● Facilitate training and workshops and capacitate team
● Build and maintain a state/national network of stakeholders to support survivors of domestic violence

Expected work experience: 0 to 2 years in a similar role or at a grassroots organisation
