**Position Overview:**  

We are seeking a disciplined and motivated Coordinator – Finance to join our team. This role involves implementing and adhering to financial procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Review work orders, purchase orders, and agreements with vendors as per internal procurement processes.  

– Process accounts payable for vendor payments through the internal accounting system.  

– Handle NGO subgrants and related documentation and payouts.  

– Coordinate with donors and vendors for documentation and payments.  

– Process payments for field staff, reimbursements, and allowances.  

– Manage statutory deductions (TDS) and reconciliation thereof.  

– Track invoices and fund-wise budget vs. actuals for self-implementation projects.  

– Provide MIS support and data for project teams on grant utilization.  

– Reconcile receipts and payments for fund-wise balances.  

– Support in the verification of funds utilization reports for donors.  

– Coordinate internal audits and ensure adherence to internal finance policies.  

– Assist in preparing data required for statutory audits.  

**Profile Requirements:**  

– Commerce graduate with a focus on Finance/Accounts.  

– Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounting/Finance.  

– Proficient knowledge of Income Tax provisions, statutory requirements, and tax laws applicable to trusts.  

– Strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, donors, and internal teams.  

– Excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.  

– Familiarity with Tally package.  

– Experience in the social sector is an advantage.  

**Remuneration:**  

The salary range is INR 5.8 – 7.5 LPA, subject to qualifications, experience, and merit.
