**Job Title:** Coordinator – Programme Development and Management

**Experience Required:** 5 -7 years  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Provide management and coordination support to the Rivers & Wetlands programme for effective implementation of projects.  

– Coordinate with various field teams to ensure collaboration at different levels for project implementation.  

– Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to provide inputs for adaptive management.  

– Lead timely preparation of technical reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors.  

– Support the Monitoring and Evaluation team with data inputs.  

 

**Qualifications & Skills:**  

– Master’s degree in social science, development planning, statistics, management, or related fields.  

– Knowledge and experience in designing M&E systems and conducting evaluations.  

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).  

– Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical audiences.  

– Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and database management.  

– Excellent writing and analytical skills for drafting concept notes and reports.
