We seeking to hire Coordinator/ Sr. Coordinator in our Education & Youth 360 department.

Reporting to: Manager/ Sr. Manager

Location: Raigad, Maharashtra

Experience: 0 – 2 years’ experience with all or fair split of experience in the development sector & Education field.

Qualification: A graduate/ post-graduate or Diploma in Education or work as trainer

1.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Visit Schools , Youth Groups and Aanganwadis.
  • Prepare the schedule for sessions & activities for their allocated geography.
  • Handhold support to youth groups/SMC during the activities.
  • Help youth groups/SMC to design the activities perform in community.
  • Coordinate with partners executing school, Youth and anganwadi projects.
  • Carry out Assessments of various programs being executed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting on assigned tool within defined timeline.
  • Prepare and submit required reports on Schools, Youths and other activities on timely basis. to Manager.
  • Ensure various activity reports are maintained at village level.
  • Take up other responsibilities as and when assigned by the organization.
  • Develop a good rapport with School, SMC, Youth groups & volunteers for smooth execution of the programs.

2. Required Skills:

  • Mainly the individual should be a good trainer & able to connect with youth
  • Be organized and fully prepared for training delivery.
  • Be ready to change and adapt, always thinking on their feet.
  • Have confidence speaking in public.
  • Have the ability to remain focused.
  • Be able to handle difficult situations and complex group dynamics.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the program subject matter.
  • Communicate clearly at all times.
  • Be patient. Practice good time management.
  • Keep up to date with developments in subject area, teaching resources and methods and. make relevant changes to instructional plans and activities.

3. Other requirements:

  • Candidate to travel at least 90% of the time to various hamlets, GPs
  • It is expected that the candidate possess a two-wheeler and holds a valid license for the driving the two-wheeler.
