## Corporate Finance Specialist
**Swaniti Initiative** is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening public service delivery in India. We work with state and local governments to improve governance and achieve greater impact on the ground. We are looking for a talented and passionate Corporate Finance Specialist to join our team in Delhi.
**Job Location:** Delhi, India
**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and oversee the financial operations of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
* Manage cash flow, ensuring that the organization has sufficient funds to meet its obligations.
* Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
* Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic financial plans.
* Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
* Provide financial advice and support to program teams.
* Identify and mitigate financial risks.
* Stay abreast of current accounting standards and best practices.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a corporate finance role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
* Experience with accounting software.
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Passion for public service and a commitment to Swaniti Initiative’s mission.
