The organization aims to strengthen public service delivery through research, policy support, and data-technology tools. Currently, Swaniti collaborates with over 200 Hon’ble Members of Parliament and serves as an advisor to state governments for scheme implementation.

**Job Summary:**  

Swaniti Initiative seeks a Corporate Finance Specialist to support financial operations across multiple projects and contribute to national-level impact in sustainable development and climate action. The role requires strong technical expertise, accuracy, and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Develop financial models and business processes for capital raising activities.  

– Manage global offices in compliance with local financial regulations.  

– Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis.  

– Collaborate with prospective lenders, investors, and internal teams.  

– Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring quality control over financial transactions.  

– Oversee accounting operations, tax filings, and risk management strategies.  

**Requirements:**  

– Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, budgeting, and internal controls.  

– Experience with financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).  

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines accurately.  

– CA or MBA in Finance from IIM is preferred.
