Responsibilities:
- Target achievement as per the organization’s objectives on Corporate Fundraising
- Sensitisation of corporates towards their Corporate Social Responsibility obligations
- Generate new corporate donors and increase funding size from existing corporate donors
- Study donor trends and identify attributes and expectations
- Assist the Management in devising effective fundraising strategies
- Assist and suggest programs for attracting donors and creating a brand image for the organization
- Manage a proposal cycle end-to-end
- Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the marketing
- Build long-term relationships with the corporate donors
- Donor Relationship Management
- Qualification
- M.B.A. / PG Diploma in Marketing with 8-10 yrs of relevant experience
- Key Technical Attributes
- Should have excellent presentation and communication skills.
- An exposure to social marketing / concept marketing is desirable.
- Should have excellent networking skills .
- Should have strong selling skills.
- Should have well developed quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Should have good knowledge of CSR laws in India.
- Compensation package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
