Job Duties and Accountabilities

The candidate is expected to assist in the following:

1. Support data collection and analysis for various projects on industrial decarbonisation and transport sector forecasting
   2.Develop an understanding of the Indian industrial and transport sector and support analyses on demand projections and decarbonisation methods
   3.Prepare and maintain Excel/Python models for various analyses
   4.Prepare reports as per the internal protocols of CEEW and support with preparing presentations for both internal and external meetings
   4.Support our stakeholder engagements by actively seeking new partnerships and maintaining existing relationships
   Selection Criteria

• Master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s in engineering with specialisation in economics, energy, climate change, sustainability or related fields
  Significant interest in and knowledge of Indian industries and the transport sector
  Main skills
• Strong data management and analysis skills using Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of Python for linear optimisations and forecasting
• Knowledge of methods such as linear regression and ARIMA for data projections
• Superior analytical abilities and effective oral and written communication skills are necessary prerequisites
• Ability to manage time effectively to handle multiple requests at the same time
• Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic and fluid environment
• Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively as a team member
• Ability to analyse information and present in a clear and accurate manner, both verbal and written
• Willingness to show initiative in order to handle unforeseen challenges
• Ability to work in multicultural teams and willingness to solve problems
